Brooklynite Hockey 30 day factory limited Warranty:

Brooklynite Hockey endeavors to produce sticks of the highest quality, performance and durability. As such, Brooklynite Hockey's composite one piece sticks and shafts are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of purchase by consumer. This warranty does not apply to Composite Goalie sticks, blades and to Pro, Junior, or College team sales. The Brooklynite Hockey Corp will replace a composite one piece stick or shaft if we determine upon inspection of the product and upon receiving the original sales receipt and serial number on shaft, that the breakage is a result of a manufacturing defect. Please note that you are only allowed one replacement stick per serial number.

Brooklynite Hockey will replace any defective composite stick for a period of 30 days from date of purchase, under the conditions listed below:

• The stick is accompanied by receipt (original proof of purchase).
• The stick is accompanied with serial number located on bottom of shaft or on its original receipt.
• The stick broke during normal use as the result of a manufacturer's defect.
• The stick was used with an Brooklynite Hockey blade at all times.
• The stick is not exposed to an open flame.
• The stick shows no signs of being overheated by any heat source.
• The stick damage was not caused by contact with another player, skate, stick, boards etc.
• The stick was not a factory second, or purchased used (example Ebay).

Warranty parameters will be determined exclusively by Brooklynite Hockey Corp.
